The computation for our per sqm professional fee will depend on various factors, some of which are:

PROJECT TYPE – Our fees vary between commercial, residential, office and hospitality project as each project type demands different attention to detail and timelines

PROJECT LOCATION – Is the project within Metro Manila? Or is it out of town?

PROJECT TIMELINE – Are you looking to move in immediately? Is this for rental and your tenants will occupy within the quarter? We need to know how we will allocate our resources to your project and if we can accommodate your timeline with our existing commitments.

SCOPE OF WORK – Do you need us for full interior design or do you need styling and furnishing services only?

Don’t be shy in telling us more information that you feel is relevant initially. The more transparent you are, the more we can guide you and align with your expectations.
Yes, we offer Design and Build services but it would be different from most design and build services usually offered in the market. We do not initially give out a package cost for design and build just based on the area of your space.
We want to be accurate and realistic in our cost for construction so the “build” cost would only be available once we’ve finalized the design and finishes with you. This is the main basis for the cost estimate.

so we can prepare a per sqm cost suitable for your project. As projects differ, we do not have fixed sqm price good for all.
Generally though, we offer a lower per sqm to bigger spaces (more than 250sqm) but it would still depend on the scope of work you would require from us.
